I’m just starting to put together a sample PDLC for companies really dedicated to being data driven. For many companies, being data-driven is secondary to strong personalities or intuitive leaders who are willing to use past experience or very small sets of data to make decisions. However for companies that collect a lot of data and don’t know what to do with it–or how data from one place can be used by colleagues in others, this diagram might be helpful.
